25
Hi guys, quick one today!!!
It starts with a warm-up instead of something that matters.
An exclamation mark. Use a full stop instead.
A weak opening line, marked the way HookCheck marks yours. It scores 25: needs a rewrite.
Only have a first line?
One ad brought in 128 leads at $2.36 NZD each in one 30-day stretch. Its opening line passes every wording check HookCheck runs.

Would you rather not write it yourself?
No script yet? Answer a few questions about your business. HookCheck writes three opening lines for you to pick from. Then it writes the rest.
The grey text in each box is an example for someone new to Enagic. Type your own answer straight over it.
What the person gets from you, how fast, and what they have to do.
Describe them the way you would to a mate.
It helps the right person think, that is me.
Use their own words, not yours. Swearing is fine.
Something real that has already happened. If it happened to you, say I. Not a guess about the future.
The next step, in plain words.
Add more detail Optional. Each answer here gets you more kinds of opening line. These stay empty because they have to be about you and true.
Something that really happened. Say where and when.
What they think or say just before they scroll past or say no.
The real steps in order. One per line, up to five.
Something you believe that most people in your field would not say.
For example, how long you have done it. No money and no health results.

Checking your hook
My scripts
The last three you wrote or copied. They stay on this device.
A script can go wrong in three places: the first line, the order of the story, and words that get an ad rejected. HookCheck checks the order and the words you wrote against ONX's own review rules.
Read the three things it looks at
1
The hook gets heard first
Someone who scrolls past your first line never hears the rest of the ad, so get the hook right first. The other four parts only matter to people who stay. HookCheck can spot a weak first line and risky words, but it cannot tell you if a hook will hold attention. Only testing it with real people can do that.
2
The order matters more than the wording
A good script earns the sale before it asks for it. Show the real problem before you explain the fix. Spend fewer words on the fix than on the problem. First drafts often get this backwards, with more words on the fix than on showing the problem is real.
3
A great script that gets rejected never runs
Meta has rules about talking about people's personal details, health claims and misleading claims. ONX's own rules also flag income claims and guarantees. HookCheck flags common risky words before you film. It cannot see your video, landing page or ad account, so a clean result does not mean Meta will approve it.
